1. The Promoter

The promoter of this referral programme is MyRacehorse (the “Promoter”). By participating in this programme, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The programme is open to:

• Australian and New Zealand residents only;
• individuals aged 18 years or over; and
• existing MyRacehorse customers who hold a valid, registered user account with the Promoter at the time of referral.

The following persons are not eligible to participate:

• employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of the Promoter or any of its related entities, and their immediate family members; or
• any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

3. Program Period

The MyRacehorse Referral Programme commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 3 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2026 (the “Programme Period”). Any referrals submitted outside this period will not be eligible for a reward.

4. How the Programme Works

Eligible participants (the “Referrer”) may refer new customers (the “Referred Customer”) to MyRacehorse by sharing their unique referral code or link. To qualify for a reward:

• the Referred Customer must be a new registration to MyRacehorse, having registered their account on or after 3 June 2026 and before end of 30 June 2026;
• the Referred Customer must enter the Referrer’s unique referral code at the point of registration;
• the Referred Customer must complete a qualifying first purchase during the Programme Period; and
• the Referred Customer must not be an existing MyRacehorse customer or have previously held an account with the Promoter.

5. Referral Reward

Upon confirmation of a valid, qualifying referral, the Referrer will receive AUD $25.00 in non-withdrawable wallet funds, credited to their MyRacehorse account (the “Reward”).

The following conditions apply to the Reward:

• Wallet funds are non-withdrawable and may only be used toward purchases on the MyRacehorse platform in accordance with the MyRacehorse Wallet Terms.
• There is no cap on the number of valid referrals a Referrer may make during the Programme Period.
• Each Referred Customer may only be referred once. Duplicate referrals of the same individual will not attract a Reward.
• If a Referred Customer’s purchase is subsequently refunded, partially refunded, or reversed for any reason, the corresponding Reward (or a pro-rata portion thereof) will be deducted from the Referrer’s wallet balance.
• The Reward is a one-time payment per qualifying referral and is not linked to, conditional upon, or affected by any future purchases made by the Referred Customer after their initial qualifying transaction.
• Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Rewards:

• creating duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts for the purpose of generating referrals;
• self-referral or referring the same individual more than once;
• any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the programme mechanics; and
• any conduct that the Promoter, in its absolute sole discretion, considers to be fraudulent, misleading, or contrary to the spirit of the programme.

6A. Referrer Conduct and Misrepresentation

Referrers participate in this programme as individual customers of MyRacehorse and not as agents, affiliates, representatives, or partners of the Promoter. Referrers must not, in connection with this programme:

• represent, imply, or suggest to any person that they are affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of MyRacehorse;
• use MyRacehorse branding, trademarks, or intellectual property in any way that implies an official endorsement or commercial relationship; or
• make any false, misleading, or deceptive statements about MyRacehorse, its products, or this programme when referring others.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer found to be in breach of this clause and to forfeit any Rewards earned or pending.

7. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to withhold rewards pending outcome of an investigation and/or disqualify any entrant who:
●     submits an entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
●     is found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in clause 6.  Promoter reserves the right to request supplementary documentation (such as proof of identity) if required.

8. Compliance with MyRacehorse Terms

All participants must:

• comply with any applicable MyRacehorse Terms and Conditions, available at https://myracehorse.com/au/terms-policy; and
• comply with all standard MyRacehorse rules of ownership, including all terms applicable to the ownership of micro-share units in the relevant managed investment scheme.

9. Managed Investment Scheme Notice

In these Terms and Conditions, “micro-share” means a unit in a managed investment scheme offered by MyRacehorse as appointed manager and authorised representative (ASIC Representative Number 001284902) of the responsible entity, Sire Custodians Ltd ABN 45 005 088 371 (AFSL 223671).

Participation in this programme does not constitute financial advice. Participants should consider their own financial situation and objectives before making any investment decision.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any:

• late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
• technical, telecommunication, or payment-related issues (including service provider errors, network congestion, or system failures) that may affect the conduct of the programme or the ability to participate; or
• loss or damage of any kind suffered in connection with participation in this programme, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this programme will be handled in accordance with the MyRacehorse Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purpose of administering the programme.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this programme at any time, with or without notice, including in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
