I've had the opportunity to attend many race days and am lucky enough to have won lucky owners' passes for some of my horses. I would never have thought that I would witness two of my horses not only race in a Group 1 race but to WIN not one but two group run races. I can say it's very addictive with the rush and excitement you get with ownership of these racehorses with My Racehorse. We are so glad we got on board, and I'm sure we will be involved for a long time to come.

Using MyRacehorse has given me the opportunity to own shares in quality horses. I own multiple shares in 12 horses. I've watched Volkano win his maiden at Ballarat by 4.5 lengths. Then Ninja ran 3rd in his maiden at Randwick but I was impressed with his ability going forward. I have been invited to Michael Freedman's stables to meet him and view The Hound and Ninja in person. It's a joy to be involved and the best thing is that you get to be an owner.

I love MRH. I am having the ride of my life. I enjoy all the communication on all my horses. Every day I get emails and vision of my horses trialling and training. I cried when Willydoit burst into the lead and I cried when Just Fine won her races. Not 1 day goes by that I don't get updates. Thankyou MRH for the ride.

Who would have thought that for such a small outlay the thrill of racing can take over. Yes Willydoit won the NZ derby, and I was screaming as loud as I could over the last 200 meters. MyRacehorse gives anyone the opportunity to get involved in racing for a small cost for big thrills.

What am I entitled to as an owner in a MyRacehorse horse?

You own part of a horse! You will get to follow its progress as it makes its way from the paddock to the track, with quality updates from trainers, breeders, form analysts and more about how your horse is going. You will also be entitled to a proportionate share of any prize money and sale proceeds from your horse.

What is a Micro-Share?

What we refer to as “micro-shares” are actually units in a managed investment scheme that owns the horse. We do this because in standard horse ownership there is a limit of up to 20 shares, where 1 share is equal to 5% of the horse (per the Australian Rules of Racing). Through the creation of managed investment schemes, MyRacehorse is able to divide this even further and offer micro-shares that represent an interest in the horse at a smaller level such as 0.025%, 0.01% and 0.001% per micro-share.
