Bear On The Loose - Wagga Gold Cup
Will the Bear cut loose tonight at Wagga? I think so! He was unlucky to finish second by a nose to State Of America at Hawkesbury 3 weeks ago, and we think that he will only thrive as he steps up to the 2000m. The right form race looks to be the Albury Cup with Matusalem winning, Beltoro 2nd and My Brothers Keeper rounding out the top 3. Barrier 1 is ideal as he will roll forward with Jett Stanley and look to control the tempo.

Sneaky Sunrise - Adelaide Guineas
Sneaky Sunrise goes to Morphettville to take her place in the listed Adelaide Guineas. Barrier 5, Todd Pannell aboard, looks like a recipe for success as Sneaky has her best opportunity to win an elusive stakes race. On Display has had a nice few weeks, placing in the Listed Nitschke before finishing 4th in the Group 2 Queen of the South. I think Sneaky is well over the odds in this race and will be in the finish.

Nana’s Wish - Sale
Nana’s Wish heads to Sale on Sunday to run in a BM64 over 1511, with apprentice Zoe Waller to ride. The 3kg claim will take Nana’s Wish from 61.5kgs to 58.5 kgs. After two solid trials, she heads to the races for her first-up start. The track is currently rated a soft 6 with no rain forecasted for the upcoming days. Hopefully, the track holds its moisture and has some give in it, which we know she appreciates. It looks like a perfect race to kick off her campaign.
