Financially, it takes WAY too much time to get a horse or series close and the payments back to owners. Still waiting for 2023 recap for the Future Stars series and then the 2024 closout, since all horsed are sold. I have chosen not to invest any further in MRH as a result.

MyRacehorse MyRacehorse offers genuine shares issued either under a state permit or through a Regulation A, Regulation CF or Regulation D offering which means we provide full financial transparency and must supply series closures and finalized financials within certain timeframes in order to stay within governance with the SEC. As a business, we typically offer these well in advance of the mandated cut-off times. Financials for the Future Stars Stable are sent out once a year and, as you stated, this year’s financials will be sent with the series closure as all the horses have been sold and/or claimed. The time allotted for series closures allows the appropriate time to reconcile the account, giving our accounting team time to receive any race day or sales profits, final bills from trainers and third parties such as vets to be received and applied towards the series account. Once the process is complete, we will issue a final reconciliation and distribution!

Which I did win in the lottery!!!! So THANK YOU for your support of our love and excitement of the horses we buy in to!!! Also, thank you to the trainers that allow us to come to their farm / barns so graciously treating us to a wonderful and priceless experience to be next to our horse. Dave Scanlon gave us so much information about our horse and let us experience a day in his training! AMAZING! You all have made my dream come true with this one day!! And he hasn't even left the barn he grew up in. I cannot tell you how much that means to me and I am sure the other owners who were there. And you all had Davis Hicks as our MRH rep! He was AWESOME! My Racehorse does a lot to make the owners feel welcome and involved with their horses, even if you only have single shares in one or more horses. They send you e-mails and videos of your horse and provide experiences at the tracks and barns even if you are not wealthy. They also care about the welfare of the horses and the horse racing industry.

I have had several and still have a few left. It's fun but it's not a good learning tool because the updates are terrible from MRH. The financials are very few and very far inbetween. I don not question their honesty at all, I just want to know more about expenses and income and what all goes into horse racing. This not at all what happens.

Prior to each race, we send out financial information with projected payouts so you know what to expect going into the race. Additionally, we file full financials twice a year by series. The 1-SA is filed mid-year and 1-K is filed after the end of the year. Both filings are public and include balance sheets, income statements and cash flow. We value owner feedback as it helps us identify areas for growth and development and MRH is committed to providing the highest level of service to our stakeholders. I was excited to get in on small pieces of great pedigree, like one of rhe last sons and daughters of Malibu Moon, and supposedly the supervision of great trainers like Bill Mott, Chad Brown, Josie Carroll. But what I found was that the horses I invested in were given to trainer assistants, and in one case that trader's assistant was also given the jockey seat. There were just so many missteps and poor decisions, including forcing the progression of an obviously heavy phyiscal to race as a two year old that lead to a catastrophic breakdown and a beautiful colt becoming a gelded lawn ornament. Also, there's not a reasonable return on the limited partnershate. Members are the last to get any monetary value returned. I tried a gamut of horses and found the MyRacehorse experience to be underwhelming and cheap.

MyRacehorse At MRH, we try to make the sport of kings accessible to everyone by providing affordable ownership, however, we aren’t able to remove all of the risks involved which is why it was nicknamed the Sport of Kings! As you know by now, this is an extremely humbling industry where many well-bred, expensive, and well-thought-of horses don't make it or perform to expectations and we understand there can be frustration associated with this reality. A good thing to note is that when you purchase shares with MRH, it is a one-time, out-of-pocket payment. It is possible to make a profit, however, not every horse is profitable. Because of this, we really cherish the big wins and emphasize that MyRacehorse is very experience based. We work really hard to provide the best ownership experience possible!

The response was quick and courteous. However, regarding the 6/4 Event, there was no visible evidence of MyRacehorse staff being onsite.

MyRacehorse Hi there! We’re disappointed to hear you weren’t able to find our MRH staff onsite for our event last month. Our Events Manager sends the meeting location via a “Know Before You Go” email generally the week of the event, however, with horses being so fluid the group doesn't typically stay in one place long after the meeting time, so it is possible they moved quickly from that location. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time at the event and we’ll see you back at the track soon!

This is the second time I asked about paid outs my horses and the second time I got a copy/paste answers. The lack of communication with micro share owners needs to improve. I clearly understand the amount of share holders but then we get a email from you saying we will be closing out this horse or horses there needs to be a time line. This is a business right? Needs to be run like one.

When it comes to instant payouts and reserve accounts for our horses, often the answers are fairly standard across the board when it comes to the amount of time it takes to reconcile the books. This is due to the amount of time it takes our accounting team to process our closures especially when awaiting final invoices to ensure accuracy. Detailed financials are reported to the SEC twice a year and are public record to ensure full transparency. We thank you for your feedback and will certainly utilize this information moving forward.

I grew up with thoroughbred’s, started as a hot walker and worked my way up to hold my trainers license. Unfortunately, I left the industry and have regretted that decision. I have explained to friends that there is nothing like being involved with these athletic and amazing animals as they are approaching the finish line. MRH has given me and anyone that is amazed by these beautiful animals the ability to experience the excitement. There is a reason it called the “Sport of Kings” and MRH has given us the ability to be a king for the day. Looking forward to the ride. Thank you for the opportunity.
