MyRacehorse has entered into a paid marketing agreement with John Franklin, pursuant to which John may publish promotional content concerning MyRacehorse and certain of its offerings.
In exchange for these services, John [has received/will receive]: $12,000 in cash; 50 Series Interests in Chrome Heart, having an aggregate stated offering price of $4,250; one Series Interest in each of Woodburn, Reputation, Doctorate, Amplified, Hedge Ratio, Rose’ to Blame ’24, and Elevated, having an aggregate stated offering price of $694.

The aggregate stated value of the Series Interests is $4,944. This compensation was established in advance and is not based on the number of securities sold, the amount raised, investor conversions, or the success of any MyRacehorse offering.
