Paige Marcinek is the most responsive & helpful person I’ve ever encountered when contacting MyRacehorse. I have had persistent issues since getting a new iPad in January. I couldn’t access my tax forms & had issues with my account not showing my wallet balance or its history. This was a real concern for me since I knew I had a balance & funds from STRAIGHT NO CHASER’s win in Riyadh would be added once funds were disbursed. Also all of my older horses still active were not showing in My Horses. Paige worked diligently to get to the bottom of these problems. I’m 71 & her help in resolving my issues & not giving up after several emails back & forth meant a great deal to me. THANK YOU PAIGE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

First time using the merch shop. Ordered a certificate for $15 and it is on cheap flimsy paper. I also ordered a Caldera Lapel pin and the MRH lapel pin. I wanted them for my hat I'm making for the Louisiana Derby. I got neither. Instead they sent two Straight No Chaser pins, who I don't own shares in. I emailed support right away and they responded the next day but clearly had not actually read my email. Just said sorry and they'll get my Caldera pin out this week. Then asked if I got my MRH pin. I had clearly stated I did not in my email. I also had told them I needed these pins right away. It took 8 days to get my package the first time and I leave next week for Louisiana. So they'll just "get it out sometime this week"? Not good enough. You made the mistake and should be expediting the correct items. You should also actually read a customer's email. I even sent photos of my original order and what I actually received and stated it clearly in my email. Do better.

I was lucky enough to be the winning auction bid for the "Morning with Mandella". I waited and chose to do it at nearby Santa Anita versus Del Mar last Fall. I also invited another couple (fellow MRH owners whom I met at the races) and this last Saturday worked for us both. As most of my friends and family know, my favorite part is hanging out with the horse, especially when they get to know me and trust me. I was able to do a little of that with MRH's Madame Secretary and Moonlit Courage, who both seemed to enjoy the attention. I'm sure it helped that I had met them both before on a barn tour. But the best part was the time spent talking to Hall of Fame Trainer, Richard Mandella. Starting at sunrise, I was allowed to be with him for morning workouts in both sessions and we had a trip to the barn after each workout. I learned some things and saw some of his morning routines including the interactions with his staff and exercise riders and it's truly different for every horse as they are their own individual and he treats them that way. Richard was not putting on a show and he was really just being his normal self around me, which I enjoyed. It all felt comfortable and I am very thankful for the opportunity to hang out with him. Gina from MRH was there as a guide and was mostly a perfect quiet bystander and she did a wonderful job of taking some candid pictures and a few videos of me with Mr. Mandella. She took some with her phone (and sent them to me) and then took some with my phone so that I may cherish the memories and also share them with family and friends. I am very thankful to MyRacehorse and their entire staff for the chance at doing something like this by thinking about and creating the "Retail for a Purpose" Auctions to support the aftercare of our great racehorses that also give us great experiences. It was a Win/Win for me by helping out with aftercare and also being allowed to hang out with a Hall of Fame Trainer after Mr. Mandella donated his time for this auction.

Jen and the support team did a wonderful job straightening me out in regards to receiving and reading the 1099's. Don't know if it was my computer or what but Jen had the patience of an angel and I certainly appreciated it. I pray it will work next year.

I just want to thank My Racehorse again for such a great experience so far as an owner. I bought Lane Way and Authentic back in 2020 as my first horses. I have had so much fun and incredible winners with Authentic, Seize the Grey, Straight No Chaser and now Caldera!!!!! So much fun to be a part of it all!

I have really enjoyed owing a couple shares of Caldera. It has been a long-time dream of mine to own a TB racehorse. This has given me the opportunity to achieve this dream. The updates and track talk are appreciated and I have learned quite a bit from D. Wayne (the Coach) and jockeys and racing staff. Back in the day, I exercised a horse from Thistledown in Ohio to re-condition him after a 6 month lay-off to recover from what they called "shin-bucked" and then used to pin fire that area. Anyway, being part of MyRaceHorse and the life of Caldera means a lot to me. Go Caldera! Run like the wind.....
