We are looking for a creative and resourceful marketer to continue to build our user base, delight our existing users and plan for the future. The MyRacehorse Digital Marketing Manager is an outcome-focused, data-driven marketer who thrives on turning insights and analytics into actionable programs. This role supports the Marketing, Content, and Tech teams and requires a flexible, self-sufficient individual who can take on projects and run with them. This individual leads by example, thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces problem-solving. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on creativity, segmentation, customer data analysis, split testing, and more. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and support Marketing, Tech and Content Teams in the strategy and execution of programs around 1) email marketing 2) CRM 3) sales 4) reporting and analytics


  • Execute email marketing programs around sales and remarketing from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Tech Teams to implement CRM software
  • Develop a framework for retargeting, split testing, and segmentation to drive marketing messages and create unique journeys for new and existing customers
  • Bring bi-weekly reporting updates to status, tracking progress toward measurable goals
  • Partner with Head of Marketing to analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
  • Collaborate with Content Team to develop rich, engaging campaign assets


  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Strong command with excel/pivot table, and analytics
  • Knowledge of email marketing software and logic (preferably Mail Chimp)
  • Understanding of paid social media marketing
  • Email copywriting skills a plus
  • Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Fractional Attribution/MTA experience a plus
  • Comfort with ad tech tools for testing, measurement, and delivery
  • 4-6 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Passionate about thoroughbreds and horse racing
  • Preferably based in Lexington, Kentucky
