Tizamagician had his first breeze since the Grade III Cougar II, working a solo half-mile in 49 seconds flat on a foggy Saturday morning.
Being the first work out of the race, it was intended to be on the easy side which we have seen in the past. Tizamagician accomplished this with ease, never being asked for anything from exercise rider Austin Solis.
Tizamagician will be nominated for the Grade I Pacific Classic, along with the Grade III $200,000 Greenwood Cup at Parx. The Greenwood Cup is contested at the one mile and one half distance which Tizamagician has found a home at. With the ultimate target and goal being the Grade II Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Stakes on Breeders’ Cup Friday, this spot will be strongly considered as his prep.
