The Ciaron Maher team have avoided the matchup with Revelare for one reason, so this guy can finally add another win to his tally. Ciaron maher doesn’t move his horses from Victoria to New South Wales unless he thinks they’re a genuine chance of winning. He constantly is in the finish and I doubt that this week will be any different. This field isn’t a strong BM88 as second favourite Birdman adds another run to legs to step up to the 2000m next start. I will be very disappointed if this horse can’t get this done, especially with 53.5kgs on his back.

The Alex Rae trained galloper is 3/3. He has been given time to mature and is going very well. He has Craig on who rides the straight better than anyone. He has trialled up and well and I am expecting him to win at $4.80. Horse on the up. Good luck punters

This filly returns to the races off 3 solid trials, especially the latest one where she was given a good nudge to be fit enough for this. She’s only been to the races twice, of which both times she’s beaten exciting 3yo, Lady Shenandoah, who is the $1.55 favourite in the Group 1 Surround Stakes today. The Bill Carter Stakes run was massive, where Clean Energy and Lady Shenandoah gapped the rest of the field by 5 lengths. There is a slight query on running the Melbourne way and whether she can handle a dry track, however, purely from a form standpoint, I think he should be winning this and has already contested races with more promising horses.
