Adday In Asia Race Preview

Saturday’s fourth race at Keeneland, a $140,000 allowance going a mile on the turf, features Adaay in Asia in the 4 post at 2:36pm eastern. The Belmont shipper looks sharp against a competitive field of seven other fillies and mares. In the last 5 years, horses shipping down from Belmont to Keeneland running in 1M races on the turf win 28% of the time for a ROI of almost 300%.

Her biggest competition will come from Chris Block’s Oeuvre (ooh-vruh) on the inside. Oeuvre looks to be top class from the field of eight, but with jockey Gerardo Corrales in the irons for the first time, her historial late drive could falter without her regular rider. Other late speed in the race comes from #8 Viareggio for trainer Brendan Walsh. Look for the three of them to battle it out in the final furlongs on Keeneland’s turf course. Play a $2 trifecta box with 2/8/4.
